Know before you go
- Bring a Nevada-issued marriage license for a legal wedding; vow renewals and commitment ceremonies do not require one
- Bring valid government-issued identification to obtain a legal marriage license
- Legal marriage licenses cost $102 and are not included in the listed price
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your ceremony if traveling to the chapel independently
- Leave personal cameras, camera phones, and video equipment outside the chapel
- Expect cash charges not included in the listed price: a $60 officiant fee and $20 photographer tip
- Expect a customary cash limousine-driver gratuity of $40 or more if you use the limousine service
- Specific Elvis performer requests are not guaranteed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before the ceremony for a refund less the $100 non-refundable booking deposit and online booking fees. Cancellations within 48 hours and same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Changes within 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee.

Round-trip limousine service is available from Strip and Downtown hotels at specific ceremony times, with space for up to six passengers. Meet your driver 30 minutes before your ceremony. Children under 6 require an approved car seat or booster seat.
Obtain a Nevada-issued marriage license in person before arriving at the chapel, and present it at your ceremony. Both partners need valid government-issued identification to obtain the license. Applicants must be at least 18, cannot be closer relatives than second cousins or half-blood cousins, and cannot have a living spouse.
