Important details
- Arrive during normal business hours; the Icebar opens daily at 11 am
- Ages 7+ only; ages 7–12 may enter before 9 pm only
- Accompany minors at all times
- Bring a valid photo ID matching the ticket purchaser for admission
- For same-day purchases, the cardholder and credit card used for purchase must be present for entry
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are valid for 6 months after purchase. Refunds incur a 10% cancellation fee and are unavailable after 80 days from purchase. If the reservation must be changed due to a private event, mechanical issue, ice maintenance, or an act of God, you'll receive a full refund if the proposed change is unacceptable.

Wear whatever you like—there is no dress code. The Icebar is kept at -5°C (23°F), and warm gear is provided for you to wear over your regular clothes.
Your ticket lets you skip the general public line, but a short wait may still apply based on current volume. The LINQ is typically busiest from 2 pm to 5 pm.
