Cancellation Policy
Tickets are valid for 6 months after purchase. Refunds requested within 80 days are subject to a 10% cancellation fee; no refunds after 80 days. If the operator rebooks or relocates your reservation due to a private event, mechanical issue, ice maintenance, or an act of God and the change is not acceptable, you will receive a full refund.
