Know before you go

• Obtain a Nevada-issued marriage license before a legal wedding; vow renewals and commitment ceremonies do not require one
• Bring valid government-issued identification to obtain the marriage license and present the license at the chapel
• Expect the $102 marriage license charge, paid to the Marriage License Bureau and not included in the listed price
• Leave personal cameras, camera phones, and video equipment outside the chapel
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony when traveling to the chapel on your own
• Expect cash charges not included in the listed price: a $60 officiant fee and $20 photographer tip
• If you use limousine service, be at the designated pickup location 30 minutes before the ceremony; capacity is 6 passengers and a customary $40 or more driver gratuity is paid in cash
