Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. Cancel 72 hours or more before the wedding and 50% of total payments, excluding the deposit, is nonrefundable. Cancel within 72 hours of the wedding and all payments are nonrefundable.
FAQs
Round-trip limousine pickup is arranged from your hotel. Your hotel location and room number are required at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Reschedule at least 24 hours before your reservation. Changes made with less notice are subject to a rescheduling fee.
Arrive at your advised location at the scheduled time. Late arrival may move your ceremony to the next available opening, and a late fee applies.
