Overnight Ghost Hunt at Lavaca County Jail in Hallettsville

The tour guides here clearly know their craft. Michael leads most of the Old Town Spring tours and consistently earns praise for his storytelling abilities and deep knowledge of the area's history. Guests appreciate how he weaves together historical facts with paranormal lore, making the experience engaging even for skeptics. Dan and Amethyst also get specific mentions for their energetic delivery and ability to balance history with spooky tales. The walking tours take you through Old Town Spring at night, offering a relaxed pace with stops at various historically significant spots. Some visitors report experiencing paranormal activity or capturing interesting photos, though others don't encounter anything supernatural (which guides obviously can't control). The tours work well for families and appeal to history buffs as much as ghost enthusiasts. For those wanting a deeper dive, they offer ghost hunt experiences that include equipment and interactive investigations at reportedly haunted locations.
