Important details
- Every participant age 18+ needs a government-issued photo ID
- Drivers need a valid driver's license or learner's permit
- Drivers carrying a passenger must be age 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Adrenaline 900cc snowmobile drivers must be age 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Single and double snowmobiles have a 425 lb maximum weight; Adrenaline 900cc snowmobiles have a 350 lb maximum weight
- Passengers must ride behind the driver and hold on independently throughout the tour
- Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian, who must also participate in the tour
- All participants must be able to read and speak English
- Every adult must complete a Participant Agreement; minors must be listed on their legal guardian's agreement
- Bring the credit card used for payment and its cardholder to check-in with matching photo ID
- You are financially responsible for damage you cause to your snowmobile
- Wear the provided Department of Transportation-approved helmet; ski helmets are not allowed
- Use Google Maps to navigate to Birdseye Outpost, as other navigation tools may lead to the wrong location
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 24 hours, no-shows and late arrivals are nonrefundable, including weather-based cancellations. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

FAQs
Yes. Adult-sized snowsuits, boots, and goggles are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
The optional fund costs $30 per snowmobile. If selected before departure, you remain responsible for the first $1,500 of damage you cause to the driver’s snowmobile; the fund covers repair costs above that amount. Without it, you are liable for all damage.
