- Two-person kayaks are standard. Solo kayaks are limited to odd-numbered groups or paddlers weighing over 250 lbs
- You are responsible for any minor under 18 paddling with you
- The launch location or departure time may change due to weather, wind or unforeseen circumstances
- Arrive at the designated launch 15 minutes before your booked tour time. The group cannot wait; late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location count as no-shows
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours, no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, reschedule or raincheck. No refunds or rainchecks if weather cuts a launched tour short.

Parking is free, but there are no restrooms on site. Use a restroom before you arrive.
If weather or wind changes your kayak tour's launch location or departure time, or causes a cancellation, you'll receive a text and email before launch. If you receive no update, your tour is on as scheduled.
