Things to know
You must be able to safely enter and exit a kayak or paddleboard, and you must wear the provided personal flotation device (PFD). Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. If rescheduling is not available, you can receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or going to the incorrect location. No-shows are charged full price.
FAQs
Wear a bathing suit or workout attire. Bring a towel and a change of clothing for after the tour.
Arrive 30 minutes before your tour start time so you have time for traffic, parking, and the restroom. Tours start on time and can’t be held for late guests.
Use free self-parking along NE Ivanhoe Blvd and Orange Ave, or wherever street parking is available in the area.
