- A valid major credit card is required on file for a $1,000 security deposit per piece of equipment and damage costs
- You are liable for 100% of damage to the rental
- Listed price excludes an online convenience fee; additional taxes, fuel surcharges, and incidentals may apply
- Return on time; late returns incur prorated hourly charges and may include lost rental time charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your rental for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancel 3–14 days before for a 50% refund. No refund within 72 hours of your rental. No-shows are charged in full. Weather-related cancellations during the rental period may receive a voucher at the operator's discretion.
