- Arrive 10 minutes before departure
- Renters and drivers must be age 25+
- Each driver needs a valid driver's license or proof of a boating safety course; up to two drivers are allowed
- Drivers born on or after July 1, 1996 must carry a boating safety certificate on board
- Keep passengers and gear within the 2,400-pound combined capacity
- A valid major credit card is required on file, with a $500 hold per boat for damages and fuel
- You are responsible for all rental damages; the $500 hold is not a limit on damage charges
- Fuel is not included; $6 per gallon used is charged to your card after return
- Return the boat free of trash with all supplies returned to their places; charges may apply for excessive cleaning or missing supplies
- Follow posted "NO WAKE" signs and navigational buoys
- Listed price excludes an online convenience fee

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your reserved date for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancel 3–14 days before for a 50% refund. No refund within 72 hours. No-shows are charged in full.

Return the boat to the loading and unloading ramp where you picked it up. A staff member will meet you and guide the boat safely to the dock.
