- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Ages 25+ to drive; a valid driver's license is required for every driver
- Drivers born on or after July 1, 1996 require a boating safety certificate on board
- Keep combined passenger and gear weight at or below 1,240 lbs
- Bring a valid major credit card; a $500 hold per boat applies for damages and fuel
- You are responsible for rental damage, missing supplies, and required cleaning
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; $6 per gallon used is charged to your card on return
- An online convenience fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Return the boat free of trash with supplies returned to their places

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund less a 10% processing fee; cancel 3–14 days ahead for a 50% refund. No refund within 72 hours or for no-shows. Weather cancellations during the rental period receive a voucher, not a refund.

Drive the boat to the loading and unloading ramp where you picked it up. A staff member will meet you there and guide the boat to the dock.
