Know before you go

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early, as tours leave promptly at the scheduled time
• Bring a jacket or sweatshirt if you get chilly; the caverns stay 52°F year-round
• Leave backpacks, strollers, child carriers, tripods, tobacco products, food and animals outside the tour
• Expect several flights of stairs, an uphill path between caverns and areas requiring most people to bend or duck
• Note that most cavern areas are not wheelchair accessible due to natural features
