- Children under 18 require adult accompaniment at all times
- Bring the original credit card used for your booking and government-issued photo ID matching the cardholder's name. Your booking email alone is not sufficient for check-in
- Bring identification supporting any local, senior, military, first responder, or college student ticket eligibility. For a child's local ticket, bring a parent's local identification. Wounded Warrior admission requires a Wounded Warrior ID card
- Secondhand and resale tickets are not valid
- Service and emotional support animals are not permitted on the property
- Complete a release waiver before entering; everyone in your party needs one
- Do not bring glass items, alcoholic beverages, or weapons onto the property
- Bikes, skates, skateboards, hoverboards, and Segways are not permitted. Children with disabilities may use scooters for transportation
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the ranch. Use only designated smoking areas more than 25 feet from the entry gates
- For the final admission slot, arrive at or before your arrival window. The last window is 1pm in summer, with closing at 2pm, and 2pm in winter, with closing at 3pm
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before admission. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes. Lion Habitat Ranch's walkways accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers, and wagons. None are available to rent, so bring your own if needed.
No. Lion feedings and the tortoise encounter are optional extras, paid for separately on site and not included in general admission. Lion feeding costs $100 per person per pound of food, or $150 for two people sharing the food supply; direct contact with lions is not permitted. The tortoise encounter includes feeding, learning activities, and photo opportunities, and is for ages 8+.
Dress for the weather at this outdoor ranch. Shaded and misted areas and an indoor gift shop offer relief from summer heat; portable heaters are available in winter. Adverse weather may cause closures, sometimes extending into the day after a large rainstorm while pathways are cleaned.
