Join students and staff for a practical look at how a ranch and farming homestead start the day. This class is designed for anyone considering a future ride or curious about the day-to-day work of caring for animals.
The class may be canceled up to the night before; if so, you'll be notified and receive a refund or rescheduling. Otherwise, cancellations 14+ days: 10% fee; 10–13 days: 25%; 5–9 days: 50%. Less than 5 days, a 25% reimbursement may be available. No-shows are charged in full. Rescheduling has a 25% fee.

Yes. Your start time may move up to 1.5 hours earlier or later to balance groups. You’ll be notified the night before if a change is needed.
Bring long pants, cowboy boots, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and water. Dress for the weather; boots, coats, and gloves are available to borrow.
