- Riders under 14 must ride with an adult
- Children under 6 cannot ride
- Bring a valid photo ID for every rider
- Bring the physical credit card used for booking if you used a credit card
- Sign a waiver before riding, including passengers
- Combined rider weight limit: 350 lbs per jet ski
- Pregnant riders and riders with serious health conditions cannot participate
- Wear the provided life vest at all times
- Stay within the designated tour area and follow safety rules

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are non-refundable. If the tour is canceled due to weather or safety concerns, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
