- Be ready for pickup at your scheduled hike time. The van waits no more than 10 minutes before departing.
Cancellation Policy
Weather cancellations occur only in extreme conditions. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen events, you can reschedule or receive credit; full refunds are usually limited to these cases. Cancel over a week ahead: 15% administration fee. From one week to 24 hours: 50% of the hike price plus administration fees. Under 24 hours or no-show: full price including fees.

Yes. Optional Trail’s End drop-off locations are available at no extra charge. Each is within easy walking distance of downtown Nantucket or near a local bus stop. After drop-off, you’re on your own for the return journey.
Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots, and check the forecast before dressing. Bring water, a snack, bug spray and sunscreen rated SPF 30 or higher. Pack a lightweight waterproof jacket if rain is forecast or you tend to get chilly. A camera and binoculars are optional.
