- Arrive 15 minutes before your trip time, checked in and ready to launch

- Expect to get wet and secure phones and keys in a waterproof pouch or bag

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable; a $10 per-ticket rescheduling fee applies. Requests after the trip start time are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
