Limited to 6 guests of all ages. Check in 30 minutes before departure. Wear easy-to-remove footwear for the barefoot vessel and use reef-safe sunscreen; no sprays.

A: The Ma‘alaea Luxury Whale Watch Cruise is approximately 2 hours, including boarding and return.
Q: When is whale season in Maui?
A: Humpback whales visit Hawai‘i from December through March, with peak sightings typically in January and February.
Q: Will we definitely see whales?
A: Sightings are very common during whale season, and the crew knows the best areas to look. While sightings can’t be guaranteed, this region offers reliable viewing.
Q: Is the trip family-friendly?
A: Yes. The calm waters and small-group size make this an excellent experience for families and guests of all ages.
Q: Can we bring our own drinks?
A: Yes, BYOB is welcome (cans or plastic only). You’ll also receive a $15 stipend to use at the Ma‘alaea General Store before check-in.
Q: Is there narration during the trip?
A: Yes. A marine naturalist shares insights about whale behavior, migration patterns, and conservation.
Full refund or rebook if the captain cancels or for weather. Cancel 48 hours or more before departure for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure are nonrefundable.
