Cancel before 5 PM the day before your trip for a full refund minus credit card processing fees. Later cancellations and no-shows receive no refund. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice counts as a no-show. Trips may be modified or postponed for weather; if conditions prevent safe operation, you'll receive rescheduling or a full refund.
