Tours depart on time and late arrivals will not be refunded. Weather may affect departure; tours run in rain unless there is thunder or lightning. For groups of 7 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added upon reservation confirmation and charged to the card on file.

No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of departure. Late guests who miss the boat can reschedule at 50% off.

Bring water, snacks, and any other items you may need before you head out to Port of the Islands.
Use the restrooms in the Port of the Islands ship store from 9 am to 3 pm. After 3 pm, use the restrooms in the Port of the Islands Hotel lobby.
Park in the large parking lot with no buildings around (the free authorized lot). If you park next to the marina/ship store or behind the fire station, Collier County may charge you to park there (handicap parking is an exemption).
