Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and cannot reschedule, a full refund is available. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded.

Tours start on time. If you are not with your guide before your scheduled start time, you will miss the tour and refunds are not issued for late arrivals.
Wear a bathing suit or workout attire, plus flip flops or water shoes. Bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses, a water bottle, and a towel and dry change of clothes (leave these in your car).
Yes. Silver Springs State Park charges a $6 per person entry fee that is not included. Guide gratuity is optional and suggested at 20% (or $10 per person for a good time, $20 per person for an amazing time).
