- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride and check in at the Stable Office; a $35 late fee not included in the listed price applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes after check-in time
- Ages 7+ only
- Maximum rider weight: 220 lbs
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes
- Bring a bottled water when temperatures are over 75°F
- Leave backpacks and fanny packs behind, and do not wear items strapped around your neck, back, or waist, including cameras
- Wear only snug-fitting hats or jackets, and keep them on throughout the ride
Cancellation Policy
Make changes or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride. Later changes or cancellations are charged the full ride amount or difference. Rides may be canceled due to rain, lightning, excessive wind, or extreme heat.
FAQs
The maximum rider weight is 220 lbs. Riders who appear to exceed the limit may be weighed on site and cannot ride; no refund is provided in that case.
Use the saddlebag provided on each horse for standard-size water bottles, cell phones, and medical emergency supplies such as insulin or an epinephrine pen.
