Important details
- Ages 17 and younger require an accompanying adult age 18 or older.
- The tour is not recommended for infants under 1 year old or anyone in the final trimester of pregnancy.
- Requires transferring into the boat's cushioned seating. Wheelchairs and walkers cannot remain onboard and may be stored at the office.
- Boat, captain and seating assignments depend on availability and safe weight distribution and are not guaranteed. On shared tours, you may ride with another party.
- Children ages 6 and younger must wear a properly fitted life jacket throughout the tour.
- Remain seated and follow your captain's instructions. The ride may include occasional bumps and quick, winding turns. Secure your phone, camera, hat and other loose belongings.
- Complete all required waivers before arrival to avoid missing your departure and forfeiting your ticket.
- Arrive with your entire party at least 30 minutes before departure. The reservation holder should check in at the ticket counter. Arriving later than this required check-in time may result in forfeiting your tickets.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund; for Monday tours, the deadline is Saturday at 3 pm. One reschedule is free within these deadlines; additional reschedules cost $5 per ticket. No refunds or rescheduling after the deadline. Rain alone may not stop tours. If your tour is canceled for unsafe weather, you can reschedule at no extra charge.
