- Travelers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring a valid driver's license matching the credit card holder and booking name
- All participants must sign a waiver; parents must complete waivers for travelers under 18
- Independent boat boarding is required
- Children under 12 must wear a life jacket
- Use lotion sunblock only; spray sunblock is not allowed during the ride
- Smoking, vaping, drug use, and participation while under the influence are not allowed
- Unsafe weather or sea conditions may result in cancellation or rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee unless you reschedule. Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
