- Jet ski riders under 18 must ride with an adult
- Children under 12 require adult supervision at all times
- Sign a waiver before taking part in water activities
- Jet ski and banana boat participation is not recommended during pregnancy or with serious back or neck issues
- Rum punch is served only after water sports
- Activities may be modified for safety based on ocean, weather, or storm conditions
