- Jet ski riders must be ages 16+ and show valid ID; riders under 18 must ride with an adult
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Sign a waiver before taking part in water activities
- Jet ski and banana boat participation is not recommended during pregnancy or with serious back or neck issues
- Rum punch is served only after water sports; alcohol is not permitted before motorized water sports
- Expect activities to be adjusted or modified for weather, ocean conditions, or safety

Yes. Non-swimmers can join the swimming pig interaction and beach activities. Life vests are provided for water activities.
