I highly recommend their individual program for adults with no experience in snorkeling.. My wife and I had a wonderful afternoon learning the basics. We had always been interested but so many places in the Keys hand you a mask, snorkel and fins then say have fun. Our instructor (a marine biologist) was very patient and made sure we had everything we needed including a wet suit since the water was cold. Went through the basics and then told us what we would see in the sheltered lagoon. She also got water samples and put slides under a microscope. She brought out examples of starfish and other organisms that we might see. So not only did we get a basic lesson we learned a great deal about marine life in the keys.
