- Arrive 20 minutes before your reservation for orientation
- Maximum combined rider and luggage weight: 400 pounds per Jet Ski
- Each rider must sign a waiver before the tour; a guardian must sign for minors
- Watch the required personal watercraft (PWC) safety video before arrival
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require a valid boater license
- Bring a physical driver’s license or passport for verification
- You are responsible for damage incurred during the rental period
- Return the life vest after the rental
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
