Important details
- Drivers ages 21+ only
- A valid motorcycle license or endorsement is required for the driver and must be presented at pickup
- Rear passengers ages 7+ only
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A damage-deposit authorization is required before release; use a credit or debit card, and the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Stay on paved roads; off-road riding and riding on the back side of Hana are prohibited
- Expect additional charges for late returns
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15 and are not included in the listed price
- Optional towing coverage costs $20 per day for rentals of 2 to 7 days; without coverage, towing charges apply
- Without an optional damage waiver, you are responsible for vehicle damage up to its replacement value
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1–2 units rented for up to 2 days at least 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start. Later cancellations are nonrefundable.
