• Stay between Makena Beach to the south and Sugar Beach to the north; outside this area, you are responsible for returning the unit if an issue occurs
• Return on time; late-return fees may be collected from the security deposit
• Lock the moped with the provided chain when not in use; you are responsible for its replacement cost if stolen
• You are responsible for damage up to the moped's replacement value unless covered by an optional damage waiver
