Things to know
Minimum age is 6; weight range is 50–250 lbs and guests are weighed on site. Closed-toe shoes with a heel strap are required; you must be able to climb stairs and walk on uneven terrain. Not suitable for pregnant guests or those with recent surgery or serious neck, back, joint, or heart issues.

Yes, you must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking.
What if I arrive late?
Late arrivals will not receive a refund. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
Cancellation policy
Tours run rain or shine. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded. The operator may cancel or reschedule due to weather, hazards, or events beyond their control and will try to rebook you. Please arrive 30 minutes early.
