Riders must be 13+ and at least 5 ft tall. Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in; tours run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. A brief safety assessment is required; guests unable to demonstrate control may be asked to sit out.
What is an e-mountain bike?
An eMTB has pedal assist to help you ride farther and climb hills more easily.
Do I need mountain biking experience?
No. The tour is beginner-friendly and paced for comfort.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable activewear and closed-toe shoes. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Helmets, gloves, and water are provided; a small backpack is useful.
What is the age or height requirement?
Participants must be 13+ and at least 5 ft (152 cm) tall. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long is the tour?
About 2 hours, including breaks and photo stops.
Is it safe?
Guides are experienced and CPR-certified. Safety instructions and equipment are reviewed before the ride.
I've never used an e-bike—is that okay?
Yes. You'll get a full orientation before the ride, and pedal assist is intuitive.
What happens in bad weather?
If conditions are unsafe, tours are rescheduled or refunded. Light showers usually don't affect the tour.
Can I book a private tour?
Private and small-group tours are available and can be customized.
Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or trail conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
