• A damage security deposit is required upon arrival by credit or debit card and is not included in the listed price
• Outside the area between Launiupoko Beach and Flemings Beach, you are responsible for returning the scooter if it has mechanical issues or an accident
• Late-return fees apply and may be taken from your security deposit
• You are financially responsible for the scooter's replacement cost if it is stolen during your rental
