- Drivers must be at least 21 and hold a valid motorcycle license or endorsement

- Keep the motorcycle on paved roads; off-road riding and the back side of Hana are prohibited

Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start. Later cancellations are nonrefundable.

Bring riding gear, sunscreen, water, and snacks. Check current temperatures and weather conditions before you ride.
An optional damage waiver can limit your financial responsibility, but it does not cover all damage or charges. Without it, you are responsible for damage up to the motorcycle's replacement value. Optional towing coverage is available; without it, towing charges are your responsibility.
Late arrival does not extend your rental period. Late returns result in additional charges.
