Things to know
No children under 3, and it is not recommended for pregnant women or people with bad backs. You need enough mobility to enter and exit the vessel and walk about 3 minutes to the pier. Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather or capacity.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, you will be charged 100%. If you arrive late and the group has departed, you will be charged in full.
