Important details
- Drivers must be ages 21+
- A valid motorcycle license or endorsement is required and must be presented at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- Do not take the bike off road or on the back side of Hana
- A security deposit authorization hold, not included in the listed price, is required before release; bring a credit or debit card, and the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Late returns incur additional charges not included in the listed price
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for 1–2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start. Cancellations within these timeframes are nonrefundable.

An optional damage waiver limits your financial responsibility but does not cover all damage or charges. Optional towing coverage covers towing expenses; without it, you remain responsible for towing charges regardless of cause.
