Important details
- Ages 21+ only for drivers
- Bring a valid motorcycle license or motorcycle endorsement; it is required at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at rental pickup
- Bring eye protection such as sunglasses; eye protection is required
- A damage/security-deposit authorization hold is required on a credit or debit card before the motorcycle is released; the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Keep the motorcycle on paved roads; off-road riding and the backside of Hāna are prohibited
- Return on time; late returns incur additional charges
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15
- Optional towing coverage costs $20 per day; without it, you are responsible for towing charges
- Optional damage waiver coverage limits financial responsibility; without it, you are responsible for damage up to the motorcycle's replacement value
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1–2 unit rentals of up to 2 days at least 24 hours before start. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start. Cancellations within these timeframes are nonrefundable; rebooked reservations within these timeframes are also nonrefundable.

Bring riding gear, sunscreen, water, and snacks. Check current temperatures and weather conditions before your ride.
The optional damage waiver limits your financial responsibility, but it does not cover all damage or charges. You remain responsible for your deductible, excluded charges, and amounts not covered by the waiver.
An optional pre-purchase fuel option provides the motorcycle with a full tank and removes the need to refuel before returning your bike rental.
