Cancel 72+ hours before check-in for a full refund; 48–72 hours for 50%; less than 48 hours, no refund. Verifiable medical emergencies with a doctor's note receive a full refund. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather, sea conditions, or capacity. A 15% fee may apply to private-charter rescheduling requested within 48 hours.
