Minimum age is 6 and weight range is 50–250 lbs. Closed-toe shoes with a heel strap are required. Not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with recent surgery or neck, back, joint, or heart issues.

What if I arrive late?
Late arrivals will not receive a refund. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your tour. Within 24 hours and for no-shows, the full fee is charged. Tours run rain or shine. Operator may cancel or reschedule due to weather, hazards, or events beyond their control. Late arrivals are not refunded; arrive 30 minutes early to sign the waiver and gear up.
