Important details
- Drivers must be at least 21 and hold a valid motorcycle license or endorsement
- Bring your motorcycle license or endorsement to pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at rental pickup
- Bring the credit card used for the required security-deposit hold; the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Keep the motorcycle on paved roads; riding off-road and on the back side of Hana is prohibited
- Wear the provided safety gear while riding
- Return on time, as late returns result in additional charges
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start; 10% is nonrefundable. For rentals of 3+ days or groups of 3+ units, cancel at least 120 hours before start; 50% is nonrefundable. Later cancellations are nonrefundable. Rebooked reservations within these windows are nonrefundable.

FAQs
Yes. A required security-deposit authorization hold is placed on a credit or debit card before the motorcycle is released. Bring the card, and ensure the cardholder is present at pickup.
An optional Damage Waiver can limit your financial responsibility, but it does not cover all damage or charges. Without it, you are responsible for damage to the motorcycle up to its replacement value; damage charges are due at return.
Optional towing coverage is available for your bike rental. Without it, you are responsible for towing charges regardless of cause.
