Cancel at least 24 hours before start to avoid a 100% fee. Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee. If you arrive late and the group has departed, you are charged in full. Cancellation must be confirmed by staff to be accepted.

Arrive no later than your scheduled meeting time. The boat leaves promptly, and if you arrive after the group departs, you are charged in full.
You get a boarding pass in the order you check in. The first to arrive boards first and has the best choice of seating.
