Important details
- Drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid motorcycle license or endorsement
- Bring your motorcycle license or endorsement to pickup
- Rear passengers must be ages 7+
- Bring sunglasses or other eye protection; eye protection is required
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A damage-deposit authorization is required before release by credit or debit card, and the cardholder must be present
- Do not take the motorcycle off road or on the back side of Hana
- Expect additional charges for late returns
- Full-face helmets are available for $15
- Optional towing coverage costs $20 per day; without it, towing charges are your responsibility
- Without an optional damage waiver, you are responsible for motorcycle damage up to its replacement value
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for 1–2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start; cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. For rentals of 3+ days or 3+ units, cancel at least 120 hours before start; cancellations within 120 hours are nonrefundable.
