Important details
- Drivers must be ages 21+ and hold a valid motorcycle license or endorsement
- Present your valid motorcycle license or endorsement at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A credit or debit card is required at pickup; a security-deposit authorization will be placed on it, and the cardholder must be present
- Keep the motorcycle off off-road routes and the back side of Hana
- Expect additional charges for late returns
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1–2-unit rentals of up to 2 days at least 24 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For rentals of 3 or more days or 3 or more units, cancel at least 120 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable.
