Cancel 72+ hours before check-in for a full refund; 48–72 hours for 50%; under 48 hours, no refund. Verifiable medical emergencies with a doctor's note receive a full refund. The operator may reschedule or cancel for weather, sea conditions, or capacity; if canceled, choose a reschedule or full refund. A 15% fee may apply to private-charter reschedules requested within 48 hours.
