Important details
- Drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid motorcycle license or endorsement
- Bring your valid motorcycle license or endorsement to pickup
- Rear passengers must be ages 7+
- Helmets and eye protection are required; bring sunglasses for eye protection
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A security-deposit authorization hold is required on a credit or debit card; the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Do not take the bike off-road or on the back side of Hana
- Late returns incur additional charges
- A $15 charge applies for an optional full-face helmet upgrade
- Optional towing coverage costs $20 per day; without it, towing charges are your responsibility
- Optional pre-purchase fuel is not included in the listed price and lets you return without refueling
- Optional damage waiver coverage is not included; without it, you are responsible for damage up to the motorcycle's replacement value
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for 1–2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. For rentals of 3+ days or 3+ units, cancel at least 120 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable.
