Important details
- Drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid motorcycle license or endorsement, presented at pickup
- Rear passengers must be ages 7+
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A security-deposit authorization hold is required at pickup on a credit or debit card; the cardholder must be present
- Keep the motorcycle off off-road routes and away from the back side of Hana
- Wear provided safety gear while riding
- Return on time; late returns result in additional charges
- Full-face helmets cost $15 and are not included in the listed price
- Optional damage waiver, towing coverage, and pre-purchased fuel cost extra; towing coverage is $20 per day for rentals of 2 to 7 days
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start and forfeit the 10% deposit; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start and forfeit the 50% deposit; later cancellations are nonrefundable.

FAQs
An optional damage waiver can limit your financial responsibility, but it does not cover all damage or charges. Without it, you are responsible for damage up to the motorcycle’s replacement value. Optional towing coverage can cover towing expenses; without it, you are responsible for all towing charges.
Choose the pre-purchase fuel option to receive your bike rental with a full tank and return it without refueling.
Arriving late does not extend your rental period. Rescheduled reservations are fully non-refundable.
