- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Requires comfort riding the trolley for about 1½ hours and walking and standing for about 1 hour
- Follow History Center of Olmsted County staff instructions while at Mayowood Historic Home
- Keep food and beverages out of the Mayowood Historic Home; light snacks and beverages are welcome aboard the trolley
- Participation includes permission for photography or recording for promotional use without compensation
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded, but you may transfer once to an available date or tour of equal or lesser value. No-shows are not refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

Follow all History Center of Olmsted County staff instructions. If staff ask you to leave the property or tour, you will not receive a refund and must arrange your own transportation.
Bring light snacks and beverages aboard the trolley, and dispose of all trash before leaving. Keep all food and beverages out of Mayowood Historic Home.
