Yes. Protection costs $10 per bike for 1–3 days and is not included in the listed price. It covers parts damaged while riding, up to $500 at wholesale cost, with replacement installation included. Frame damage, transportation damage, theft and complete bike replacement are excluded.
Yes, but clipless pedal rentals are limited. Bring your own pedals if you prefer clipless; your rental bike comes with flat pedals.
Bring suitable riding shoes, food and water, and body armor if you want it. Shoes and body armor are not available to rent. Body armor, food and water are available to purchase at the shop.
