Know before you go

• Arrive at the pickup location 15 minutes before departure with a copy of your confirmation
• Sign a liability waiver in person before departure
• Bring a parent or guardian for children ages 12 and under
• Bring signed parental consent for participants ages 13 to 17 traveling without a parent or guardian
• Hold lap children under 24 months securely for the entire tour; children 24 months and older require their own seat
• An additional $150 surcharge, not included in the listed price, applies at 250 lbs or more including shoes and clothing
• Leave bags, purses, backpacks, camera cases, tablets, extender sticks, drones, and animals, including service animals, behind
