Passengers weighing 250 pounds (113 kg) or more are charged an additional $150 at booking. This is a moderate-activity tour with uneven glacier surfaces and 18-inch steps to get in and out of the aircraft. Bags and several items (including tablets and drones) are prohibited on the aircraft; lockers are provided.

10% cancellation fee up until 24 hours prior to the excursion. If you cancel within 24 hours: Nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
